Community colleges and public universities are expecting significant increases in enrollment this fall, but they are not the only educational institutions bucking the economic downturn.

Six Goshen College students will speak Tuesday, Feb. 3 about issues of peace and justice for the annual C. Henry Smith Oratorical Contest. The contest begins at 7 p.m. and takes place in the Umble Center.
