The National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine will present a Performing Arts Series concert in Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall on Feb. 28 at 7:30 p.m.
Goshen College music professor and violinist Solomia Soroka, along with University of Michigan pianist Arthur Greene, will present a unique recital of music by living Ukrainian composer Yevhen Stankovych on Tuesday, March 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall. The composer himself will be in attendance.
Eleven Goshen College senior art majors will showcase their work in the Music Center’s Hershberger Art Gallery between March 8 and April 26.
Goshen College students were recognized with seven national awards at the Broadcast Education Association’s (BEA) annual Festival of Media Arts competition. This is the most ever for Goshen College in this competition.
As St. Joseph’s College (SJC) prepares to suspend operations at the end of the current semester due to financial hardships, Goshen College is committed to providing support and financial assistant for the 900-plus students who wish to finish their academic career in Indiana.

Five Goshen College students will present speeches during the 2017 C. Henry Smith Peace Oratorical Contest on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Umble Center
The Goshen College Theater Department will perform two one act plays, “Something Unspoken” by Tennessee Williams and “A Marriage Proposal” by Anton Chekhov on Friday, Feb. 17, and Saturday, Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. and on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. (ASL interpreted) in Goshen College’s Umble Center.
