Goshen College’s student-run radio station, 91.1 FM (WGCS) The Globe has been nominated for Best Station in the Nation for the 11th consecutive year by the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS), along with 29 individual nominations, more than any other school in the competition.
For the sixth time in nine years, Goshen College was named “Radio School of the Year” by the Indiana Association of School Broadcasters (IASB), receiving 15 awards, including six first-place honors and a first-place award for FiveCore Media.
For the 18th straight year, Goshen College has been named an NAIA Champions of Character Five-Star institution.
GC is ranked 7th among “Best Regional Colleges in the Midwest” and fifth among “Best Value Schools.”
Goshen College’s nursing programs have recently been recognized by multiple online outlets for program excellence.
Suzanna Griest, a senior business major from Oak Park, Illinois, received the 2019 Award for Excellence in Business from the Goshen College Business Department on April 13.
