Two Elkhart County youth orchestras will present a fall concert in the Goshen College Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall on Sunday, Nov. 24. The concert will begin at 4 p.m.
The Indiana Broadcasters Association named Goshen College’s radio station, WGCS-FM (91.1, The Globe), “Station of the Year” on Nov. 9 at the 26th annual Spectrum Awards in Indianapolis.
Olivia Ginn knows what it takes to realize a dream. Ginn, a Goshen College sophomore psychology major from Noblesville, Ind., was among 31 first-generation students from Indiana’s independent colleges and universities to be celebrated at the 24th annual “Realizing the Dream” banquet on Nov. 9 in Indianapolis.
Lavender Jazz, Goshen College’s big band, will present a fall concert in Sauder Concert Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 23. Lavender Jazz is directed by Dr. Christopher Fashun.
OVER THE PAST DECADE the The Globe has solidified itself as one of the top college radio stations in the nation, earning the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System’s top honor of “Best College Radio Station in the Nation,” two out of the past three years. This past weekend The Globe staff was awarded the distinction of “Station of the Year.”
The world’s most beloved boys choir will appear for the first time at Goshen College on Friday, Nov. 22, as part of the Performing Arts Series. The performance will take place in Sauder Concert Hall at 7:30 p.m.

Reception: Sunday, April 27, 2:00-3:30 pm, Hershberger Gallery. Seniors Abbie Miller, Ben Adams, Daniel Buschert, Juan Carlos Diaz Quezada, Sara Soto, Emma Brooks, Abe Stucky, Laurel Woodward, and Meredith Anne Ebersole will present artwork in an exhibit that is a combination of the two, earlier senior exhibits.
Biking is a popular way for Goshen College students and staff to get around the 135-acre campus and the broader community. Now, a new program will provide bikes for prospective students to borrow during their campus visits.
