Seven student winners of the 2016 Goshen College Concerto-Aria Competition will perform arias and individual concerto movements with the Goshen College Symphony Orchestra, directed by Associate Professor of Music Jose Rocha, in the 56th annual Concerto-Aria Concert on Saturday, Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.
Four-time Grammy winning singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash, daughter of Johnny Cash, will perform at the Goshen College Music Center on Jan. 29 as part of the 2015-16 Performing Arts Series.
Programmers, artists, musicians and writers are invited to participate in the 2015 Global Game Jam (GGJ) at Goshen College, the world’s largest game creation event, Jan. 29-31. A record 500 locations in 84 countries will participate in this year’s event.
Goshen College adjunct instructor of percussion Ben Runkel will present a percussion recital on Friday, Jan. 22 in the Goshen College Music Center’s Rieth Recital Hall. The recital will begin at 7:30 p.m.
In conjunction with World Series-winning catcher Erik Kratz, the Goshen College baseball program will host a baseball clinic on Monday, Jan. 18.
