Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Goshen College’s Campus Activities Council (CAC). We are currently accepting applications from qualified students for the 2017-18 academic year.
CAC is made up of six student leaders and advised by the Associate Director of Community Life. Anyone can apply to be part of CAC regardless of identity, residential status, or class standing. The team works closely together to perform all aspects of campus event management from conception to evaluation. Within CAC, each team member is assigned a Chair position based on his/her/their interests and category of event.
The 2017-2018 Chairperson positions will be:
Spirit Events Chair
Special Guest Events Chair
Campus and Community Events Chair
Off Campus Events Chair
Diversity Events Chair
Commuter Student Leader (part time with CAC and part time with Commuter Student Association)
Since there is no one “type” of person that makes an effective CAC member, we are interested in hearing from any student who is excited about and capable of having a positive impact on GC students by way of CAC’s role on campus. CAC has the opportunity to set the tone for campus life as a fun, dynamic, and memorable college experience for all Goshen students. CAC is the vehicle for GC students to make memories.

Individual CAC interviews will be held between March 13th, 2017-March 24th, 2017 with Associate Director of Community Life.
