This application will be used to process any shift in your housing assignment for the spring semester. We assume and hope that most roommates will continue on with the same room assignment. However, we recognize there are some cases when changes are desirable and we will work to consider those requests. Please read the important notes below before considering a room change.
** In keeping with our housing goals, the Director of Housing Operations must approve all room and roommate changes. Some requests may not be granted due to room availability.
**For each formal written request granted, a room change fee of $25 will be charged to your account. The room change fee is $100 for applications received after Thanksgiving break. Please be timely in your request!
**Please remember that there is an additional cost up to $750 per semester for a private room.
**All room changes and moves will take place when students return from Christmas break unless special circumstances are considered.
