Vocal Production and Interpretation Workshop with Hamilton Broadway actor Fergie L. Philippe

Observe via Zoom webinar as professional actor Fergie L. Philippe tells about his career journey and works with GC Theater students on a series of vocal production and interpretation exercises. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A.

Fergie originally hails from Miami, Florida. Fergie first caught the theatre bug at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center where he learned about, auditioned for and was accepted into New World School of the Arts. He then attended Elon University and graduated with a BFA in Music Theatre. Before the pandemic, Fergie Philippe was playing the roles of Hercules Mulligan and James Madison in Hamilton on Broadway. Currently, he is an Adjunct Faculty Member at New World School of the Arts. Fergie is also a screenwriter and hopes to soon produce his own works with his production company “Et Toi Productions”. He also takes an interest in puppetry, photography and music.
