Four Goshen College biology students lived in Kenya for 6 weeks this summer helping collect data for a long-term research project led by Associate Professor of Biology, Ryan Sensenig.  Environmental Science majors Tori Yoder, Luke Zehr, David Stoesz, and Laura Schlabach collected data on more than 13,000 acacia trees in order to better understand how natural fires and elephant browsing affect tree densities.   Learn more by visiting their blog site – http://kenya.b.goshen.edu/ or reading this press release.
