Student Learning Outcomes
Graduates with a minor in Healthcare Management will:
- Understand consumer decision-making processes and customer journey concepts in healthcare contexts.
- Understand socioeconomic, behavioral, and environmental factors that influence health outcomes.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the people and culture management strategies, organizational behavior theories, and leadership concepts to address workforce challenges in healthcare.
