BUS 244 Consumer Behavior Customer Journey

This course explores consumer behavior, from determining consumer needs and wants, the process by which they are satisfied, and the environment in which the behavior occurs. Concepts and theories developed in psychology, economics, and sociology will be applied to the customer’s journey to purchase. This is a good first course for a student exploring a business or marketing major or minor.
