NURS 305 Pharmacology

Focus is on examining the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drug classifications in the treatment of diseases. The nurse’s role in administering, monitoring for adverse and therapeutic effects, and patient education are discussed. Calculation of medication dosages will be required. Pre-reqs: Chem 101 and 103, Biol 203 and 204- or transfer equivalency.
