Students will focus mostly on recent texts defined and marketed ascomics or graphic novels. They will work to determine the cultural meaning and significance of the unique qualities and learn how to employ the language of comics to tell their own story. Students will also explore memoir, fiction, superhero comics and other genres. An Artistic World course in the Goshen Core.
