Study of current tax laws applicable to C corporations, S corporations, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies. Includes an introduction to basic tax preparation elements of business entities including completion of book to tax reconciliations and selected tax forms. The course is structured to develop an understanding of both the process of preparing a business tax return and entity taxation concepts and transactions relevant to sections of the Uniform CPA exam. Prerequisite: ACC 306.
