A People and Culture Management Minor is available to students in any major. A major in Business with a People and Culture Management concentration is also available.

Student Learning Outcomes

Graduates with a minor People and Culture Management minor will:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of the people and culture management strategies, concepts, methods and tools utilized to support organizational effectiveness.
  2. Analyze individual and group behavior within organizations using developmental, motivational, and systems theories to inform leadership and decision-making practices.
  3. Evaluate how social structures, cultural contexts, and dimensions of diversity shape workplaces experiences and organizational culture.

Business majors with a concentration in People and Culture Management may not earn this minor.

Minimum academic requirement for majors and minors: All People and Culture Management minors must earn a grade of C- or higher in all courses required for the minor.
