Some links on the Goshen College Job Bank and Career Networks website go to external resources not under our control. These sites may have different privacy practices and Career Networks provides these links only as a convenience. When conducting a job search, it is the responsibility of each individual to research the integrity of the organizations to which one is applying. Individuals are advised to use caution and common sense when applying for any position and when supplying personal information through the Internet. Goshen College and the Career Networks office do not author, edit, or monitor these outside pages and therefore cannot assume responsibility for their content.

GC Job & Internship Bank

The Goshen College Job & Internship Bank is a web database that has been established to serve students, employees, alumni and friends of Goshen College, as well as organizations who wish to engage these college constituents as employees, interns, or volunteers.

Goshen College cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any damages, real or imagined, past, present or future, from the information contained in or requested by the job postings.

Job seekers: User accounts are not required for the Job Bank and no personally identifiable information is collected. Goshen College does not provide employers with any personal information via the Job Bank, which includes your student identification number and your social security number.

Goshen College does not endorse any employer and encourages students to use good, critical judgment in all of their interactions with employers. Job seekers are urged to validate job postings and use caution and common sense when applying for positions. Do not disclose social security numbers, credit card information or bank account numbers to unknown or suspect employers. Job seekers should use extreme caution if they are requested to invest any of their own money on an employment opportunity and are advised to interview only in public places.

Employers: Employers should know that Goshen College is committed to protecting the privacy of the groups served by the Goshen College Job Bank. Any information gathered by Career Networks will be used only to enhance the development of relationships between employers and potential employees. Information will not be shared with anyone beyond Goshen College.

In order to participate in the Goshen College Job Bank, you and your organization must comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity standards and the NACE Principles for Professional Conduct.

Goshen College reserves the right to edit, delete, or refuse any job, internship, or volunteer posting. Positions that are not compatible with the mission of Goshen College will not be posted. In addition, Goshen College does not publish job/internship opportunities that require an initial monetary investment, including application fees. Similarly, we do not post positions that pay based on commission only. Volunteer positions that require participants to raise their own financial support must clearly specify this within the job description.

To request for a position to be posted, please email a full job description, including contact information and application instructions, to the Career Networks office at careerservices@goshen.edu. It is in the best interest of all participants that the Job Bank contain as many job opportunities as possible. Most positions are posted within two working days after the Career Networks office receives them. While we strive to post all of the opportunities that are sent to us, some positions may not be posted due to time constraints.
