Printing and mailing services oversee outgoing mail and packages, photocopying, paper purchasing and several other items. Printing services and outgoing packages are located in the basement of Coffman Hall, incoming packages are distributed from ITSMedia in the south end of the Union.
Letters and small items sent through the U.S. Postal System are received at the college and placed in your mailbox in the Union.
Printing and Mailing Services’ (located in the basement of Coffman Hall) are open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and the Customer Self Service area is open from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each weekday to send packages. If you are in need of support to send out your package, simply ring the bell and someone will be out to help you, the only exception being during the lunch hour from 12– 1 p.m.
Incoming packages too large to fit in the mailboxes can be picked up any time except 12:30– 1:30 p.m. at the ITSMedia office in the Union.
Goshen College sends and receives mail through the U.S. Postal Service, and also manages an internal post system for returning graded work and distributing important notices. Students should plan to regularly check their mail and be attentive to package notices. The Campus Post site has more information about mailboxes, office hours, lost keys and mail forwarding.
The printing office produces a wide variety of high-quality products, including projects for students, newsletters for businesses and non-profits, wedding invitations, banners and other large items, Goshen promotional materials, department booklets, and cards, all at very reasonable prices. There is no charge to receive faxes at the college if they are sent to (574) 535-7234. We will send you an e-mail asking you to stop by printing and mailing services to pick up your fax. You may send faxes from the fax machine in the Administration Building or at the Welcome Center, but you must have a credit card when sending long distance or international faxes.
