Description

  •  Journal entries and general ledger maintenance
  •  Inventory roll forwards
  •  Month end closing and assistance with financial statement preparation
  •  Assist in the annual budget preparation and reporting
  •  Assist with audit requirements
  •  Process cost and selling price changes
  •  Maintain system part number cost, price changes, account numbers and BOM set ups
  •  Producing financial data for management team and assisting with other special account projects
  •  Monthly review and analysis of PPV
  •  CAPEX processing, tracking and capitalization
  •  Expense report review, coding and approval
  •  Intercompany transfer requirements
  •  Company credit cards review and coding
  •  SLOB (slow moving and obsolete) quarterly reviews and reporting
  •  Other activities as assigned or as business requires.

Qualifications

Required Major:   Accounting

Required Experience:  1-4 yrs experience in Manufacturing environment or internship in manufacturing environment

Desired Experience:  Experience with MRP systems and AS400, Excel, word, and outlook – Preferred
