To Place An Order Through The Chemistry Stockroom:
The Chemistry Stockroom places orders for equipment only for the Chemistry Department. Other departments should order their own equipment. All Chemicals used by Physics, Biology, and Chemistry Departments must be ordered through the Chemistry Stockroom as is required by the Chemical Hygiene Plan. For the purpose of this requirement, enzymes, cultures, bacteria, and specimens are not considered chemicals.
An order request may be completed in one of the following ways:
- Complete the “Purchase Order Request Form” and submit it to the Stockroom or place in Campus Mail to Calvin Swartzendruber. This form is NOT a purchase order.
- E-mail the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org: Name of requestee, date needed, chemical name, size, grade, quantity, and your account number. Suggested vendor names are welcomed.
