GC Policy documents include employee handbooks as well as additional policies gathered in the supplemental policy manual. The supplemental policy manual is currently under revision. A draft is available in the Supplemental Policies  section of this website.

The employee handbooks are published in PDF format. In addition to being viewed in your web browser, these files can be downloaded.

About PDF documents

Most Policy documents are posted in Adobe PDF files.

• If you're viewing these from off-campus keep in mind that these are large files (150 KB and up) and may take a while to download.  You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader  to view these files (though your PC may already have this installed).
  
  
• To search for text within a pdf document, choose Edit | Find from the menubar, or click on the binoculars.
  
  
• To navigate the document quickly, view the list of bookmarks (a tab on the left edge of the screen).
  
  
• To copy text select it using the text-select tool and then you can paste your selection into another program  if necessary.
