On Saturday, June 20, our students departed for a new host family and a new setting to begin their Service Term, the second half of SST. Greetings from Northern Ireland and the Corrymeela community! You’ll be hearing from the students soon, but I wanted to update you all that despite a VERY lengthy trip, our reward was a gorgeous sunny arrival at Corrymeela.
We’re here, we’ve begun to explore Ballycastle, and we’re about to take our first excursion to the Seamus Heaney HomePlace museum in the heart of Northern Ireland. Stay tuned for more!
