Visiting Students on Service

Nina and I keep in touch regularly with the students via phone calls and texts, but we especially enjoyed visiting students at their service internship placements throughout the last few weeks. We continue to be so grateful for the many ways that our service partners and host families receive and support students during this part of the term and share in the value and importance of intercultural relationships. Every student is having a very unique and different experience relative to one another and it is incredible to see the variety of ways that students have engaged and thrived in their new settings. There is no doubt that they will have a lot of great stories to share with each other when we all get back together for our retreat weekend in a couple of weeks!
