C. Henry Smith Peace Lecture: Dr. Robert Brenneman: “The New Peacebuilders: Shifting Violence, Shifting Peace in Northern Central America”

Dr. Robert Brenneman, professor of criminal justice and sociology at Goshen College, will present the C. Henry Smith Peace Lecture, titled “The New Peacebuilders: Shifting Violence, Shifting Peace in Northern Central America,” on Tuesday, March 5, at 7 p.m. in the College Mennonite Church Koinonia Room.
Brenneman is a world expert on the intersection of urban interpersonal violence and religion in Central America. He has been called to testify in over a dozen asylum cases, offering profiles of Central American countries and the systems present within their borders.
