On August 31, 2022, students gathered for opening convocation featuring President Stoltzfus focused on upholding the core values of Goshen College, followed by the annual applause tunnel ritual and donuts.

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, students shared stories in a beautiful, vulnerable convocation, before heading to the Fellowship Hall to celebrate the month with paletas. There, students and employees posed with flags and gathered for a group photo.
