Goshen College is ranked as one of the top private colleges in the Midwest, and is Elkhart County’s only college that offers bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, as well as a doctor of nursing practice (DNP). Programs are offered in more than 45 areas of study, including nursing, business, pre-medicine, computer science, social work, education and music. Goshen College also offers distinctive hands-on, real-world learning experiences that help graduates stand apart in the job market — including through its nationally recognized study abroad program. Last year, more than 92 percent of graduates were employed within one year of graduation.
Goshen College also offers a range of financial aid and scholarships. Last year, 99 percent of full-time traditional undergraduate students received financial aid. The college has been recognized as a “least debt college,” and produces graduates with less debt than the national averages for both public and private colleges or universities.
With a more than 30 percent Latino undergraduate student body, GC recently joined a consortium of Indiana colleges and the Indiana Latino Institute (ILI) to collaborate on culturally responsive approaches that improve Latino student access and facilitate completion.
