Goshen College hosts mayoral candidate forum on Oct. 26

Date and time: Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Location: Church-Chapel’s Fellowship Hall (1900 S. Main St., Goshen)
Goshen College will host a City of Goshen mayoral candidate forum featuring Gina Leichty and Benjamin Rogers on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Church-Chapel’s Fellowship Hall (1900 S. Main St., Goshen).
The event is being planned by the college’s Student Senate and Student Life Office for campus members and the broader community to get to know the candidates better before Election Day. It will begin with a time to meet and greet the City of Goshen’s mayoral and council candidates.
At 7 p.m., the forum will begin. The format will include attendees seated around tables and in conversation with each other about their questions they want to prioritize to hear the candidates address.
At 8 p.m., there will again be a time to meet and greet all of the candidates running for mayor and city council.
This event does not reflect a political stance for Goshen College, which does not endorse or support candidates.
