Lunch and Learn with Andrea Wetherald

Join us for a lunch-and-learn session March 23rd with Andrea Wetherald, titled Leading in Times of Uncertainty, about the value of intentional habit formation during seasons of uncertainty, and how leaders can cultivate inner stability when the going gets rough.

Seasons of uncertainty are emotionally taxing for everyone, and are especially challenging for those tasked with leading and decision making when the information available feels volatile and incomplete. Navigating this season of deep division and rapid change is turbulent and exhausting.

About the Company

The Center for Brave Communication supports mission-driven companies during seasons of change so they don’t lose good people or underdeliver for clients. Change naturally tests culture and creates friction, but when staff are equipped with the skills they need to ease feelings of anxiety, address tension and repair trust quickly, they can keep their focus and passion directed on the team’s mission.

This prevents resentments from growing quietly on the sidelines, and ensures that opportunities to be excellent for the people you serve aren’t missed. The Center for Brave Communication offers comprehensive partnerships for staff training and support. More information at www.thecmit.com
