GOSHEN, Ind. – Four student winners of the 2022 Goshen College Concerto-Aria Competition will perform arias and individual concerto movements with the Goshen College Symphony Orchestra, directed by Brian Mast, Music Center executive director and interim GCSO conductor, in the 62nd annual Concerto-Aria Concert on Saturday, Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.
Performing are:
- Hannah Lehman, a sophomore music and secondary education major from Huntington, indiana, will perform Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor, Op. 37 by Ludwig van Beethoven;
- Caroline Greaser, a junior graphic design and music major from Goshen, will perform Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Minor, Op. 37 by Henri Vieuxtemps;
- Isaac Fisher, a junior mathematics and secondary education major from Elkhart, Indiana, will perform Tuba Concerto – mvt II, 1 by Bruce Broughton;
- Augusta Nafziger, a soprano junior music and writing major from Weyers Cave, Virginia, will perform “Glitter and Be Gay” from Candide by Leonard Bernstein.
