    What to expect:

    • Explore Old San Juan and visit El Museo de las Américas as you reflect on the ways the Taíno heritage, Spanish colonialism, and U.S. imperialism have shaped Puerto Rican Identities
    • Visit the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and investigate how Puerto Rican identities are reflected in works of art
    • Live with a host family in Aibonito and experience the daily lives of Puerto Ricans
    • Reflect on the many ways history, indigenous heritage, colonialism, religion, and global politics have shaped Puerto Rican identities and your own identities
