An MBA That Connects Business, Values and Global Perspective

Goshen College’s MBA prepares you to lead with clarity, purpose and integrity in today’s dynamic business landscape. Our MBA program has two pathways; one for adult students and a second path for undergraduate students as part of our 4+1 pathway.

The traditional program path is offered in collaboration with Eastern Mennonite University and Canadian Mennonite University, this online, cohort-based program blends business excellence with values like sustainability, justice, and relational leadership. With weekly synchronous courses, a four-day opening residency, and an international learning experience in Costa Rica, you’ll gain both the technical and human-centered skills to lead organizations for the common good.

Designed for working professionals and recent graduates this program offers a flexible format without sacrificing connection, community, or rigor.

The MBA 4+1 program is designed for currently enrolled undergraduate students. It allows students to begin taking MBA classes during their junior and/or senior years, reducing both the cost and timeline of earning their Masters degree after graduation.
