Step #2: Résumé

A résumé is a one page summary of your education, experience, skills, and accomplishments. It is a marketing document whose purpose is to earn you an interview. It should be brief and tailored to meet the needs of the specific position and organization to which you are applying. Because recruiters often spend less than 30 seconds initially screening a résumé, it must be formatted so the recruiter can find the information they need quickly and easily. For resume assistance, review the resume section of the career services website. Please note, uploading a CV for a graduate school admission is acceptable too. Be sure to include your references with your resume.

Step #3: Job Description

Providing a job or internship description will allow your interviewer to better simulate an actual interview. Search online for an available position in a field that interests you. Copy and paste the description (title, responsibilities and qualifications) into a Word document. If you're headed to graduate school, we can simulate an admission interview for you. Submit some basic information about one of the programs to which you're applying. Considering full-time service? Submit a description of a service assignment that interests you. For help finding a job description, review the Super Tuesday section of the career services website.

*Upload your Job Description:

Step # 4: Interview Date

Super Tuesday is on November 4, 2014, from 2 - 5 p.m.
