Randi Warren
With more than 30 years of nursing experience across clinical care, staff development, and academic instruction, Randi brings an uncommon combination of hands-on expertise and educational depth to the Goshen College Simulation Center.
Randi launched her nursing career in 1994 and spent the next two-plus decades building clinical and teaching expertise across long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, emergency medicine, and obstetrics. During 26 years at Goshen Health, she cared for mothers and newborns, mentored incoming nurses, and taught the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) to interdisciplinary teams — developing the instructional instincts that would define the next chapter of her career.
That instinct led her to design and lead a two-year Health Sciences curriculum at a local Career and Technical Education program, guiding students from Medical Terminology and CNA certification through Healthcare Law and Ethics and clinical internships at Goshen Health.
She joined the Goshen College Nursing Department as Nursing Simulation Coordinator in 2026, holding an MSN in Nursing Education and board certification in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB). Her simulation work is guided by the standards of SSH, INACSL, and the NLN — and by a career-long belief that the right practice environment changes what nurses believe is possible.
