Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Thrift at Woodland Crossing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help support our mission by receiving, sorting, pricing, and organizing donated goods. This role also assists with stocking the sales floor, handling donations, and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a heart for service.

Schedule includes weekdays and Saturdays. Previous warehouse or retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Ability to perform all essential job duties effectively.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
Organized and able to maintain a tidy, safe workspace.
Self-motivated with a willingness to grow in skills and productivity.
Comfortable working with all types of donations, including items that may be dirty, unclean, damaged, or contain mold.
Able to work with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Capable of multitasking.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of the value of household items is a plus.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English; Spanish is a plus.
Previous warehouse, retail, or thrift store experience is helpful but not required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
