Centurion Health partners with the Indiana Department of Correction to provide comprehensive healthcare services throughout the state of Indiana.

We are currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at correctional facilities statewide.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
RNs work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Key responsibilities include:
• Patient assessment and triage
• Medication administration and treatments
• Care coordination with medical and mental health staff
• Documentation and care planning
• Responding to medical emergencies

Qualifications

*Associate’s degree or Bachelor degree required
*Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license
*Current CPR certification
*Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
