The Lead Kitchen Assistant position is central to our kitchen. This position is expected to take responsibility for the kitchen when the Kitchen Manager is not available.

This position includes, but is not limited to: assisting in the preparing of dishes, cooking, delivering meals, washing dishes, and maintaining the kitchen and equipment. This is a fast-paced position where quality and timing is important. 

This is a part-time position with a lot of variation in schedule. Work hours can vary between 5-25 hrs a week, including day, evening, and weekend hours, as well as some holidays. Rate of pay is determined based on experience, taking into account market rates.
