Accounts Payable Internship

The Accounts Payable Intern will assist the Accounts Payable team with daily accounting functions, invoice processing, reporting, and other administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment while supporting the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable process.
Potential locations for this internship include Elkhart, Indiana.
As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will be working on hands-on projects. Potential projects may include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting with processing vendor invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders
• Supporting account reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Helping maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assisting with monthly reporting and accounts payable activities
• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

In addition, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
