BUS 370 Business Process Innovation

In this course students will learn about core processes, support processes, and management processes. With each of these processes students will also learn where humans add value and where technology adds value for the customer. The majority of class time will take place at business organizations. At these site visits, students will learn about the successes and struggles of managing changes in specific processes, allowing students to apply what is being learned in the classroom. This course is available to juniors and seniors with a major in the business department. Prerequisites: Bus 155 and Bus 206.
