BSW Program Accreditation Reaffirmed

Aug 31 2023

Goshen College’s BSW Program is celebrating!

The Council on Social Work Education’s Board of Accreditation reaffirmed our accreditation for 8 years during their June 2023 meeting. This achievement comes after completing a written self-study in 2021-22 and a site visit in 2022-23. Having our accreditation reaffirmed is a significant marker of the strength of our Social Work curriculum and faculty, as well as the educational strengths of Goshen College overall. Our students consistently demonstrate beginning level professional social work competencies upon completing their Social Work major.

Maintaining accreditation reflects our commitment to our students, their future clients and employers, our agency partners, and the Social Work profession. We are delighted to share this achievement with you.
