Josie Strader

Josie graduated from Goshen College in 2022 with a degree in Environmental Science and joined the Merry Lea team in April of 2023 as the Land & Facilities Management Assistant. She assists the Land Manager and Property Supervisor with both indoor and outdoor maintenance. She helps maintain trail areas and our various natural areas around our buildings. She also assists with custodial work and occasionally with building maintenance and trail structures.

In Josie’s free time, you can find her working on projects, sewing, knitting, gardening, and doing various art projects. She is also a native to Goshen, Ind.
