Live Distance Learning Program Options

BITE, GRAB, SNAP: ADAPT

Learn how native Indiana species use their amazing adaptations. Students will discover how adaptations help animals survive and experience a live animal encounter with one of our ambassador species.

Grades: K – 3rd
Program length: 45 – 60 minutes
Maximum number of students: 25 students (or 1 classroom)

AQUATIC CRITTERS: MACROINVERTEBRATES

What can the critters living beneath the surface of Indiana’s rivers, lakes, and wetlands tell us about wetland health? Students will observe living macroinvertebrates and practice skills in observation and scientific identification.

Grades: 3rd – 12th
Program length: 45 – 60 minutes
Maximum number of students: 25 students (or 1 classroom)
