Michelle Horning

I was drawn to business and accounting because of the opportunities to spend every day solving problems and interacting with people. Teaching students about business provides endless amounts of fun because every day is different and the business world is constantly changing, requiring me to keep learning. I love teaching Microsoft Excel, individual income taxation, and cost accounting courses. I also spend time working with the business students who run Java Junction, the on-campus coffee shop that was started in 2004 to give students an opportunity to learn about business by running a real business.
