The Institutional Grievance Policy and Procedure is a process by which complaints about the application of or failure to follow an established Goshen College policy or procedure by staff, faculty, or students can be resolved. All these policies can be found in our Course Catalog.

Students and prospective students may also engage the Indiana Commission on Higher Education’s complaint resolution process.

Students also have the right to go directly to the institutions’s accrediting agencies to initiate a complaint or grievance.
