Early May – housing assignments announced
01 Fall payment plans open
07 Deadline to register for the May 17 NSO
17 New Student Orientation (NSO)
19 Virtual New Student Orientation (vNSO) course opens in Moodle
JUNE
Early June – next round of housing assignments announced
04 Deadline to register for the June 14 NSO
14 New Student Orientation (NSO)
14 Deadline to complete tasks required for course registration, including the Advising Questionnaire
30 Fall 2025 deposit deadline for international students
JULY
Early July – next round of housing assignments announced
01 Estimated bill for the fall semester is available to view in MyGC
09 Online bookstore opens for the Fall 2025 semester
15 Deadline to register for the Virtual New Student Orientation (vNSO) option
17 Estimated Fall bill available through MyGC
23 Bookstore vouchers available, based on financial aid
26 Last day to sign up for payment plan with 5 payments and no down payment
AUGUST

22 Deadline to complete the Community Responsibility Courses in Vector Solutions (courses open August 4)
25 First day of classes
