Are you someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and exploring meaningful career paths? The Peer Financial Coach Internship offers Goshen College students the opportunity to develop coaching and leadership skills while promoting financial wellness on campus. You don’t need to be a finance major—just passionate about supporting others and building your own confidence with money.

What You’ll Do:
As a Peer Financial Coach, you will:
– Provide peer-to-peer coaching in basic budgeting and debt management
– Help fellow students build financial confidence and reduce money stress
– Assist Everence and campus partners with financial wellness events and workshops
– Promote coaching services through flyers, social media, and campus connections
– Attend training and ongoing team meetings to grow your skills and support your peers

Internship Details:
– Timeframe: 2025-2026 Academic Year (Fall–Spring)
– Hours: Part-time and flexible with class schedules, 40 hours per month
– Compensation: Paid internship
– Location: Primarily on Goshen’s campus, with occasional local events
