Personal Training
As an ACSM certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist, I enjoy personal training with limited hours per week. I am an expert in developing exercise program with all populations, however the past several years have been mostly focused on training people between the ages of 60-95. It has been amazing and inspiring! Continuing my certification and practice enriches my life and allows me to remain up to date in this profession. In addition, I connect exercise science students at Goshen College with my practice and clients in the Greencroft Rinker Family Wellness Center.
I incorporate experiential learning in the community in many of my courses. We work with Goshen Community Public Schools, local Special Olympics, Goshen Health community events, Greencroft, and other organizations.
In my free time, I enjoy biking, walking/hiking, lifting weights, watching sport events, listening to music, woodworking and hanging out with family, friends and pets.
