STAMPER'S "PRIMER FOR NEWBIES" ON WHAT THIS ROLE-PLAYING GAME IS ABOUT:
A "SHORT" DESCRIPTION OF OUR "LIL' WORLD"--
The "Main Base" or center of this thread is the U-shaped building [invented by Peanutcat], that houses Wolfwood's Orphanage, The Last Chance Inn Hotel, and Count D's PetShop--there is also a restaurant and a "hospital", an exercise area/gym, a gameroom and a "courtyard" inside the "U" of the building that's like a small park, including a pool, with PLENTY of room for more "additions" (the building is "transdimensional", which means it's BIGGER on the INSIDE than on the OUTSIDE, and that it frequently "grows" more space whenever we "need" it. NEW to our "unusual" building is Liz's [lizardali] Pastry and Specialty Food Shop!
In various "places" around this "center" are "homes" and "apartments" where "we" and our anime people live--some of us have based these places on our "real" homes, some of us have just "built" our Dream Homes.
Many of the already "adopted" anime and "characters" live in the Hotel--
Vash and Meryl Saverem--married and the parents of twins, Alexander Thomas and Nicholas Gabriel (Meryl still works for Bernardelli Insurance and uses her maiden name, Stryfe, when working, and Vash now has a job as a bounty hunter!)
Nicholas and Milly [Thompson] Wolfwood--married and the parents of baby Nicole Danielle--they run the Orphanage together. Also, "helping" Wolfwood at the Orphanage is Father Anderson [from "Hellsing"]
Count D--runs his PetShop [from "PetShop of Horrors"], he and Leon Orcot and Leon's little brother, Chris, other anime people from Count D's "series", are currently staying with Peanutcat. Robin Sena [from "Witch Hunter Robin] works at the PetShop and lives in a room at the back.
Also staying at the Hotel are Alucard and Ryoko ["Hellsing" and "Tenchi" series, respectively]--they are currently a couple, tho' lately, Alucard has been spending all his time "hanging" in Stampers' closet and Ryoko was seen "frolicking" with Lupin the Third in the Hotel pool!--Dominque the Cyclops and Monev--also a "couple" and "expecting"--and Mulder and Scully ["X-Files"], who are married now and retired from the FBI--Mulder is currently collecting "material" for a book on "unusual phenomina"--Scully works as a doctor, along with Megumi ["Rurouni Kenshin"] and Mitskake ["Fushigi Yuugi"], in the Orphanage Infirmary, where most of our anime people go for their medical needs. [It's just EASIER than trying to "explain" them to the local Hospital!]
"Singles" at the Hotel are currently Vampire Hunter D (His "cyberhorse" is living at the PetShop, and he discovered Alucard is his father--BEFORE he met D's mother), Michael Lee [works as the Night Desk-Clerk at the Hotel and set up a computer system for the ENTIRE building, along with the help of Kermit from "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues"] and Amon from "Witch Hunter Robin" ,BDN from "Trigun" (Brilliant "Dynamites" Neon of the "BadLads") and also Descartes from "Trigun". Also here are Yoko Kurama, the full fox-demon form of Kurama, the red-headed demom/human "merger" guy and also Hiei from "Yu-Yu Hakusho" and Cain the Longshot, who is engaged to Stampers' nosy neighbor, Mrs. Kravitz (she's a widow). Bear and Tsukasa [from ".hack//Sign"] also live there, as well as E.G. Mine [who's currently being "punished" for being a general pain in the arse!] Amelia is the Front Desk Clerk and Zelgadiss Greywords is the Hotel Head of Security[both from "Slayers"] Kenshin and Kaoru don't actually "live" at the Hotel, but frequently come for visits, usually bringing Yahiko and Kenji with them [all from "Ruruoni Kenshin"]

Cyn (otherwise known as "Lirin") lives in what was once a one-bedroom apartment--recently "enlarged" into a 3-bedroom apt. with "Demon Magic"--that ALSO houses a "Demon Beauty Salon" called "A Different Shade of Cyn's" [she and her anime people will be "moving" soon]--her anime people are:
Naraku and Legato Bluesummers (YES, they're MARRIED!), who run the beauty salon and are the Proud Parents of a demon/human child, Adagio Candide Bluesummers! (Naraku "carried" the "child") Their baby looks MOSTLY like Legato, but occasionally takes on "spider-form", which tends to frighten people! They are planning on having a daughter, next!
Zazie (formerly at the Orphanage with the surname "deBeest") Bluesummers, who has been adopted by Naraku and Legato, and is currently attending school [fifth grade] and has ALREADY organized a "gang" (figures!)
Midvalley (we "discovered" his first name is really "Murtle"!), who is currently dating Gren from "Cowboy BeBop"--he's also teased with the nickname "Pinky", referring to the pink shirt he always used to wear in "Trigun". Midvalley MAY become "Nanny Murtle" to the Bluesummers' new Baby, tho' he's also been offered a teaching job!

Stampers Typhoon lives in a one bedroom house with--
Daniel K. Saverem (formerly known as "Millions Knives"), Vash's brother, who has had a COMPLETE "change of heart", hence the name-change. He recently proposed and is now engaged to Stampers, who can't believe her "LUCK"!
James Rocket [from Team Rocket on "Poke'mon"]--who once had a "crush" on Stampers and followed her home from Vash and Meryl's Wedding Reception--he now does most of the cooking and cleaning, having decided he LIKES being "the Happy Housemaid/wife"! He is BEST friends with Fred Luo [from "Outlaw Star"]
Vicious [from "BeBop"], now called Vic, who also had a "change of heart"--he "fell" for Stampers, and is now trying to adjust to having "lost" her to Daniel.....
Sanosuke Sagura [from "Rurouni Kenshin"], who is good friends with Daniel, but still wary of Vic....
Miroku, Sango and Kohaku [from "InuYasha]--the naughty monk has been cured of his Wind Tunnel Curse and will soon be marrying Sango. Her little brother, Kohaku, was released from his "servitude" to Naraku by the Spider Demon himself [he gained a Soul when he came to this "world" and no longer cares about "power and domination"--except maybe as it applies to his mate, Legato...!]
Tasuke [from "Fushigi Yuugi"], the flame-throwing bandit, who was "lent" to her by Elantis.
Stampers is also "care-taker" to Vampire Hunter D, Hiei, and Bear and Tsukasa--it was she who "brought in" Mulder and Scully, Remington Steele and Laura Holt and Ryoko. She wil soon be "adding" most of the cast of the cancelled "Angel".

Snapdragon76 [called Snap] "keeps" Gren and Amon--when he's not staying at the Hotel--and works as the Receptionist at "A Darker Shade of Cyn's" Demon Beauty Salon. She also is "care-taker" to Yoko Kurama, Amelia and Zel.
NOTE: Amon and Robin were "taken" from their series very early in the "story", so they aren't so "attached" to each other yet, and they don't know about "Orbo", so DON'T tell them!

Peleia "owns" Katsu, the bomb-throwing friend of Sanosuke Sagura from "Rurouni Kenshin"--Katsu is currently making a living by doing "portraits" for various anime people and their "owners", including occasional "Naughty" ones! Right now he is working on a "charity" Calendar called "The Yin/Yang of Anime Men"! Also, for reasons only HE understands, Saito [from "Rurouni Kenshin"], keeps "hanging around" her place, refusing to go home!

Elantis "keeps" the ENTIRE "cast" from "Fushigi Yuugi", her all-time favorite anime--she also "cares" for Sesshomaru [called "Fluffy" by most of us], Rin and Jaken, and Shippo of "Inuyasha"--she sleeps in her basement bedroom and lets most of her characters have the rest of her house--she also carries on "experiments" in the basement involving various anime people and is something of a "anime police force", in that "naughty" anime people are frequently sent to her for "punishment" when they refuse to behave themselves. Sometimes, she sends her own anime people to one of US to "punish"!

XerBlade [also called Xer] is his OWN "character"--he "owns" no anime people, but frequently weaves his way in and out of our other "stories"--he carries two swords, is a valiant fighter (survived a vicious battle with Saito from "Kenshin" ALL on his OWN, no "minor" feat!), has eyes that glow yellow at times and can travel quickly when he wants to--he also sometimes has Pop-Tarts for breakfast--currently he is being stalked by a person known only as "Xerid", who has red hair and a bad temper. His best friend is Naoki and recently, he's been "keeping company" with Kikyo [from "InuYasha"]
Xer also is responsible for the fact that Kagome and InuYasha are married and expecting a child [not EXACTLY in that order!], and that Dog-Boy is no longer a Hanyou [he's now ALL human, except maybe at the New Moon]

wildkat Vas is a part tiger-demon person of Royal Blood. Her anime people are the crew of the "BeBop", especially Faye Valentine, who "rescued" her. She now shares living space with them on the ship and often joins Faye on her "bounty hunting" excursions. She borrowed Sesshomaru from Elantis, but hasn't given him "back" yet, and introduced us to Ryo Soma [from "ArgentoSoma"], who hopefully will be in our Calendar!

Liz is room-mate to Aisha Clan-Clan and Twilight Suzuka from "Outlaw Star" and she is "older" than she looks, though no one knows her secret for defying age. They "share" an apartment together. She has offered to "cook" for Hiei, whom she "adores" and they are now...um...dating

Isa is a friend of Liz'--she brings with her Ninimori [from "FLCL"] and ANDY [from "Cowboy BeBop"], and also a great deal of "silliness"!
