Fair Trade Coffee Trip to El Salvador

Workers unload a bag of coffee grapes into a vat which will move the fruits, with help from gravity and water, through a mechanical process to remove the pulp from the husk. At Las Colinas, coffee that is grown through conventional methods and organically cultivated beans are processed separately so as not to contaminate the organic product which receives a higher price.
