Fitness Programs


Spinning, as it was meant to be. You’ve heard about it, read about it, and maybe even seen it on TV. Now you have the opportunity to do it. Come and join the group as we ride out way to better health and fitness. We all start and finish together, no matter how hard you decide to ride. In our 40-minute ride, you will cruise over flat terrain, jump over bumpy roads, climb hills and mountains and sprint to the finish.

Class size is limited to nine. First-week classes will focus on bike setup and learning positions. If you are taking a class for the first time, and choose to come to the 5:45 a.m. class, please arrive 10 minutes early so the instructor can do the setup and orientation.

Class meets Tuesday through Friday – 5:45-6:30 a.m.
