Do I need to register my event?

You must register your event if you can answer “YES” to any of the following:

  • Is your event being held in any of the performance venues? (Rieth, Sauder, Umble)
  • Does it involve the use of services? (ITSmedia, Physical Plant, Catering, etc.)
  • Is it open to the community or bringing guests onto campus?
  • Is the event being held in the Church-Chapel building?
  • Is your audience size expected to be greater than 50?
  • Is there an admission fee or involve the sale of items?
  • Is it held in multiple venues or outdoors?
  • Do you want your event listed on the online events calendar?
