Some Goshen College students are collaborating with community members to monitor the water quality of the nearby Elkhart River – and the students are using their new iPads to do it.
Goshen College community members gathered Tuesday, Oct. 9 and commemorated the one-year anniversary of the tragic death of Professor of Biology James S. Miller.

The hottest big band in New York, Birdland Big Band, is coming to Goshen College for a Performing Arts Series concert on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Center’s Sauder Concert Hall.
Mexican-American poet, essayist and novelist Luis Urrea will present Goshen College’s annual S.A. Yoder Lecture on “The Border, Immigration and the Devil’s Highway: A Journey with the Author Luis Urrea.”

The 2012 Dr. Roman Gingerich Champion of Character Award will go to Keith Springer ’69, and the Dr. Ruth Gunden Champion of Character Award will go to Sue Roth ’66.
